A simple cylinder, made by hand.
Murta strips the lamp back to its essential form.
Its tall cylindrical body is made from concrete, giving the piece a solid, tactile quality while keeping its silhouette deliberately simple. The material is allowed to retain the subtle variations created during the handmade process.
Paired with a warm spherical bulb, Murta is understated by design, a functional object that lets its material and proportions speak for themselves.
